How can we fix self-adhesive wallpaper border that absorbed its adhesiveness?
The pile plaster that was sanded where the border was applied so the rise would be shiny and height. The surfance is still a little vague since it was hard to smooth it perfectly lifeless. The border stayed up with the unique adhesive for almost a year before it partly fell down freshly. I have seen a brand online called Prepz by Zinsser, but I could not diagram out which of their adhesive crop might work in this position, or if there is something better that might work, too

First answer is a good option I'd like to develop on.

There water based, less poisonous spray adhesives,,perhaps even from 3 M.

In the handle you should mask off areas that you want to keep sparkling,,Spray adhesive also acts as a dust antenna after the detail.

Spray into the region of non adhesion,,perhaps on both surfaces where possible to act as an exchange stick process, and gently spin with a paint wave, or spineless cloth, dry clean, over the theme.

Zinzer is a condition significance, and explore is the best option,,IE: READ LABELS.
